• Product is in original package (shrinkwrap intact), unbroken.
• Products are currently in print.
• Products are in resalable condition, with no sticker or labels.
• Customer pays postage to return products to NewLife Publications

To receive full credit, copy of original invoice number or packing slip must accompany returned shipment. Otherwise, the account will be credited only 50% of the original order.

Audio and video products are not returnable unless defective.
