PRODUCT PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

All prices displayed on this site are quoted in U.S. Dollars. The New Life Resources ministry reserves the right without prior notice, to discontinue or change information, availability and pricing on any product on the site without incurring any obligations.

DISCOUNTS

By ordering online you will save 15% or more on your selection of the most requested products by Campus Crusade for Christ. Each item featured shows you the suggested “Retail price” and a discounted “Our price” for the product. Additional savings are available on larger orders. Here’s how: When the total suggested retail price of items you order reaches a threshold of $75, $150 or $300 an EXTRA 5% discount will be applied at each threshold on many of Campus Crusade’s most requested resources. These EXTRA discount amounts will be shown on your shopping cart and checkout pages.

RETURNS

Materials you purchase may be returned within 60 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price of materials. Shipping charges are not refundable. Any items you receive that are defective or damaged upon receipt, a refund or replacement of materials will be provided. Customers requesting an exchange due to a damaged, defective or incorrect product must return the original product to New Life Resources before receiving their replacement product. Items with damage that is not caused by New Life Resources will not be eligible for a refund.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping/Handling Charges are calculated on weight, shipping distance, and delivery method. You may select among available delivery methods at checkout. Your total shipping/handling charge for your order will be shown at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping requires special considerations and orders are subject to customs delays and tariffs over which we have no control. We regularly ship via Access WorldWide, a service that utilizes the USPS and the postal system of the destination country. This system is not insured and does not allow for package tracking. Also, delivery times via this method vary greatly, sometimes taking more than a month for a shipment to be delivered. If you want to expedite and/or to use a traceable shipping method for your international order, email us at customerservice@campuscrusade.org.

Shipping charges shown at checkout are estimates only. We will contact you via e-mail with the exact shipping charges before shipping your order. International orders are picked up from our Distribution Center each Wednesday. Orders received before Tuesday at 1:30pm Eastern Time will be shipped that Wednesday. Orders received after Tuesday at 1:30pm Eastern Time will ship a week from Wednesday. Expedited international orders should ship the same day if we receive payment confirmation before 12:00 noon Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. If payment confirmation is received after 12:00 noon Eastern Time they will ship next business day.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

We are required to collect state sales taxes for most states at rates which are set by each state, county and local municipality as determined by the zip code where you receive delivery. If the state given in your shipping address is one of these states, applicable sales taxes will be added to your total amount and shown on your checkout pages.

If you are ordering for a church or non-profit organization and your state has granted your church or non-profit organization an exemption for state sales taxes by issuing you a state sales tax exemption number, you may be exempted from paying the state sales tax by entering the organization’s official state tax ID in the personal information section during checkout. (Note: Exemptions are not allowed for orders shipped to the state of California. Exemption from sales tax is NOT the same as having tax exempt Federal Tax status. Also, payment must be made through church or organization’s credit card. You cannot receive the tax exemption from state sales tax if charged to a personal credit card even if you are reimbursed by the organization.)

SECURITY

The security of information you provide to us is of utmost importance to New Life Resources. We use data encryption and secure links for all pages to and from our Web site during registration or checkout which contain your personal information, such as credit card numbers or passwords. Our secure site certificate is issued by the Geo Trust Certificate Authority.

REGISTRATION

Customers are given the option to register their information at checkout for use in future purchases. All registration information you provide is stored in secure files and will be released to no one. If you prefer, you may choose not to register your information. In this case, leave the username and password fields blank at the bottom of the personal details form when you check out. The user login then assigns the customer ID as “anonymous”, and your personal data is not registered after the order is placed.
