The Secure On-Line Ordering System offers you the convenience of ordering resource tools directly via the Internet at
any time.
This page describes on-line ordering methods, discounts, additional charges,
registration,

1. Shopping
Cart Ordering Method
Selected
items may be added to your own shopping cart as you browse the catalog and
resource pages. The accumulated shopping list may be reviewed at any time by
clicking on the Shopping Cart icon at the top of any page. Your
browser must support "JavaScript" and you must accept a
"cookie" when you access our Web site in order to use this method.
The "cookie" is used only to keep track of your shopping list as
you add items - no other information about the visitor is returned.
If your
browser supports this method, you may place items in your shopping cart from
the catalog pages by clicking on the words "Add to Cart". When you click on
"Add to Cart" for a given item, a quantity of one is
added to your shopping cart. You can increase the quantity of the
resource you what by entering a new number in quantity box of the shopping
cart and then click on "Update Cart."
Items may
also be ordered from individual resource pages, which may be accessed by
clicking on the title on the
catalog pages. The desired quantity of a resource may be entered in the
Enter Quantity box, then click on "Add to Cart". The
Shopping Cart page is displayed showing the desired quantity of the resource
item added to your list.
The Shopping Cart page allows you
to:
- Change the quantity of an item by clicking on the Quantity entry box
- Delete an item by clicking "Remove Item" in the list
- Enter the changes to your order by clicking on "Update Cart"
- Remove all entries by clicking on "Empty Cart"
- Return to the previous resource page by clicking on "Continue Shopping"
- Complete the ordering process by clicking on "Express Checkout" or "Standard Checkout"
Please be
sure to enter any changes to your shopping list by clicking on "Update
Cart" prior to leaving this page. When you
have finished your shopping list, you have several options to complete the
ordering process. Click "Express Checkout" if you have registered on
previous visits to our site . Click on
"Standard Checkout" if you have not previously registered, then provide
the shipping/billing information. You may also register your data for Express Checkouts on future visits by checking the box and entering a password. Click "Verify Order" to
bring up the Review Your Order page. If any information on this page is
incorrect, click on "Update Changes" or "Edit Shipping/Billing Info" to make corrections, then click on "Verify
Order" to return to the Review Your Order page. When all of the
information on this page is correct, place your order by clicking on
"Submit Order". The Order Submission page will appear to confirm
your order and shows an order reference number which you may use when
inquiring about your order. Your shopping list will then be cleared. If you
subsequently decide to order additional items, a new shopping list will be
started for you.

2. Quick
Order Method
Click on "Quick Order" at the top
any page to access the Quick Order form. All items in
our catalog are listed in this form arranged in alphabetical order. When
first words of a title are "The" or "A", the second word
of the title is used for alphabetization. Click on the underlined alphabet
near the top of the form to access items beginning with a particular letter.
To select a given item, enter the desired quantity in the Quantity field for
the item. When you have finished your item selection, you have two
options to complete the ordering process. Check the Express Checkout option if
you have registered on previous visits to our site, or check the Standard Checkout option if you have not previously registered.
Click on "Continue", then provide either your
registration name/password, or the shipping/billing information and click on
"Verify Order" to bring up the Review Your Order page. If any
information on this page is incorrect, click on "Update changes" or "Edit
Shipping/Billing Info" to make corrections,
then click on "verify order" to return to the Review Your Order
page. When all of the information on this page is correct, place your order
by clicking on "Submit Order". The Order Submission page will
appear to confirm your order and shows an order reference number which you
may use when inquiring about your order.

3. Discounts
By ordering online you will save 15% or more on your selection of the most requested products by Campus Crusade for Christ. Each item
featured shows you the suggested retail price and a discounted your price on each item offered. Additional savings are available on
larger orders. When the suggested retail price of items you order reaches a threshold of
$75, $150 or $300, an EXTRA 5% discount will be applied at each threshold on many of Campus Crusade's most requested resources.
While we are unable to offer these added discounts on all products, the deepest discounts are available on most of Campus Crusade's most
requested resources. Nonetheless, the value of ALL items you select will contribute to your order total to help you receive the greatest
discounts possible. Remember to check the Bargains page for other deeply discounted resources. Campus Crusade Staff members please click on the staff link at the bottom of any page to place your order.

4. Additional
Charges
We are required to collect state
sales taxes for certain states at rates which are determined by each state.
If the state given in your shipping address is one of these states, the
sales taxes will be added to your total amount, as shown on the Order
Verification page. However, churches and non-profit organizations may be exempted from paying the state sales tax by entering their organization's official state tax ID in the indicated field.
Shipping/Handling Charges
are calculated on weight, shipping distance, shipping type and
handling. You will be shown your total shipping/handling charge at
checkout. You also have the option to select a different shipping method or expedited shipping at checkout. When you select a different shipping method in the Shipping Options table, be sure to click the Update Changes button.

5. Donations
| | You have the option of adding a donation to the New Life Resources ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ during the checkout process. A Donation Options box is shown on the Review Your Order page below the Total Order amount where you may either designate a fixed additional amount, or you may check a round up option which will donate an amount required to round up your Total Order amount to the next $1.00, or next $5.00 increment, or next $10.00 increment. The amount donated will be shown on your Order Submission page, which you may print out for your records. |

6. Registration
We provide
optional registration for visitors who wish to avoid having to enter
shipping/billing information each time an order is submitted. The
registration information is held in secure files and will be released to no
one. When you wish to register for the first time, check the appropriate box
on the Shipping/Billing Form and enter your choice of password. Please use a password which is not easily guessed by someone who may use your identity.
Please note your
Access ID and password for future visits. When you have previously
registered, you need only to click "Express Checkout" and enter your Access ID and password to complete the ordering
process. Your credit card number will be
partially obscured on the Review Your Order page unless you revise your number. Should it become necessary
to change any of your previously registered shipping/billing information,
simply click on "Edit Shipping/Billing Info" on the Review Your Order
page, enter your changes, and your registration data will be
updated automatically.

7. On-line
Security

security of information you provide to us is of utmost importance to New
Life Resources. We use data encryption and secure links for all pages to and
from our Web site which contain your personal information, such as credit
card numbers or passwords. Our secure site certificate is issued by the
Equifax Server Certificate Authority, which is commonly provided on most web
browsers. All registration information you provide is held in secure files
and will be released to no one. |
